This issue is in changelog for 19.0 version (fixed bugs section). Is this intentionally?

Don't think it's good idea to keep rejected stuff(sometimes garbage like this) in changelog 😅

Thanks for the heads up @DDtKey -- I agree we should probably remove the bug label on such tickets in the future so they get moved into the "closed ticket" section rather than fixed bugs.
