Review ports for possible hints at what our API could do

What

Review the various ports of GOV.UK Frontend listed on X-Gov to gather if/how they extend our JavaScript components (eg. add extra listeners on component elements, try to update the component after it's been initialised...). We're especially interested in:

• what actions they take
• what they're trying to achieve doing it

Why

This would highlight what these forks need from us in terms of public API.
