During the visit to DAC for the recent audit, Charlotte observed issues when using the Details and File Upload components in Dragon. We want to show this to the team.

This is about #4029 and #4031.
As Charlotte is away now, I'm not 100% sure if the aim was more than what we did in our previous cycle's task of #4008.
We should pause the work on this until Charlotte is back.
