L 02/10/2024 - 01:26:59: client_disconnected and client_remove forwards have been disabled - check your gamedata files.
L 02/10/2024 - 01:26:59: Binding/Hooking cvars have been disabled - check your gamedata files.

Many still use the 8684 (pre-anniversary) build, as only half-life and cstrike are updated to it, while opfor/tfc/dmc/dod are not.
Also nowadays most use ReHLDS instead of the original HLDS for additional fixes and modability, which is based on 8684 engine.

It would make sense to have both signatures instead of just changing it
