Full disclosure: I'm the author of Leptos-Use but I sincerely think that it would be useful as a default dependency.

Yeah, i'm definitely up to add leptos-use. Lots of useful utils.

Soon I will spend more time with this project.
Thinking about use_sorted, is_*** utils, and debounces. And any other suggestion is also welcome :)
