Separators are drawn above (or below) symbols, no matter if the symbol has comments/documentation right above.

An improvement was requested in #21, and I would like to know how you, the users, thinks to be the best opt-in alternative

How do you think is the best opt-in approach?

A new setting, generally available for all symbols: Once you turn on, the separators would be drawn above comments located for

A new setting, for each symbol: Similar to `borderWidth` and `borderStyle`, which requires you to turn on for that symbol in par

Update the `separators.location` setting, adding a new entry named `aboveTheComment`, which would be applied to all symbols.
