Environment

  • Airbyte version: 0.39.35-alpha
  • OS Version / Instance: GKE
  • Deployment: GKE
  • Source Connector and version : PokeAPI , latest
  • Destination Connector and version: Postgres
  • Step where error happened: When Setup new source and it make connection

Current Behavior

I have deployed airbyte on GKE with external DB connected. CPU and memory resources up to mark. Problem is when airbyte make connection to setup a source(any source). Error on UI - non-json response. Tried to map web-app ingress to external DNS but didn't work. Seems like problem while server is connecting to temporal.

Expected Behavior

Tell us what should happen.

@saxenashivang could you please share your server logs and your temporal logs too?
My hypothesis is that Temporal might not be able to reach your external database.

@saxenashivang what is the sizing of your GKE cluster? Could you give more resources to the temporal pod? I'm afraid this error is related to these one, and user increasing the available resource overcame this problem:

@saxenashivang following up on the previous comment - were you able to give more resources to the temporal pod?
