Monitor output of jobs while they run

In order to be able to terminate, either kill, stop or make some kind of restart state it would be convenient to be able to monitor the job while it is running. At first, just having access to the stdout/stderr though transport pulls would be very helpful. Then we need the possibility to analyze the result and act from the plugin side.
