I tested the old version (performance Monitor) https://github.com/jilleb/mqb-pm with its installer https://github.com/shmykelsa/AAAD The application appears in Android Auto. Perhaps we need to check with the creator of AAAD, to put AATorque in place of Performance Monitor |

How they are doing the install actually looks very simple. It looks like it wouldn't be too hard to add it to the update checker. |

I tried with android 14 , without king installer if i understand it's not ok the app is not in the Android auto App. I try with android 10 , not working too. it work on android 10 only with kingistaller . Force update with android 14 and 10 wont work it send a crash report ( sorry i read the note after ) i will try many times |

I am using this app on Samsung S22, since i had Android 13 I had no problems, but after installing Android 14 there are no-way to see it on Android Auto. I have followed strictly all the instructions, trying in every way, but without success. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance |

I don't know. Everything I've tried has been listed in this thread. Other technical people need to take a stab at this. Check out the threads on AAAD related to this as well. |

I'm having the same issue, S23 Ultra, AA Torque installed correctly, I can see in the plugin settings that it's getting data from torque pro, but does not show up in AA. |

Good afternoon. I downloaded the latest update and am having the same issue. Everything runs fine on my Pixel 6Pro on Android 14, however, it's not showing up in AA. AA is in developer mode with unknown sources checked, which I did before installing the APK. It installed using the FILES app and installed with no issue. The update was also installed without issue. Thank you for your time. |

With Android 14 the app worked on my S22. It is after updating the app to version 10.0.98 that it stopped working on the car display. |

Looking at this thread: AndreyPavlenko/Fermata#327 it seems some people get non-play store apps to work on Android 14 if they enable developer mode in AAWireless. You would need an AAWireless adapter. |

I think that next months more phones will complete the upgrade from android 13 to 14 so if app will not upgrade for android 14, no one will use it because not compatible with major phone. |

Hai provato a vedere se anche con il cavo Usb e con Android Auto settato sul cel in modalità sviluppatore e abilitando la funzione di Debug via usb per caso funziona lo stesso? Lo chiedo perché uno un altro adattatore wireless diverso da AAWireless e non vorrei essere costretto a sostituirlo.....Grazie se potrai rispondermi |

Yes, I finally got mine to work. I have a Samsung Galaxy S24+ Android 14 with Android Auto 11.6, AA Torque 2.0.26, and AA Wireless dongle with latest update. I have Developer Mode turned on in Android Auto and AA Wireless. It works great now. I only need to tweak the gauges and PIDSs that I want displayed. No root of phone needed. I also did not need to use King Installer. |

There's lots of complaints being reported about Android Auto not working after upgrading to Android 14. My S22 keeps prompting me to do the upgrade but I'm holding off until google comes out with a bug fix... |

Google is the bug. They don't want you running unauthorized software on your head unit. It will take someone outside google to hack it. The easiest way around it currently is to buy an AAWireless dongle and put it in developer mode. |

Unfortunately I don't have a solid solution either, just a data point, for what it's worth... TL;DR: AA-Torque 10.0.104 continues to work after Android OS update from v13 to v14. Samsung SM-G991U (S21 5G) AA-Torque ran great on Android v13 and it continued to run after the Android v14 update. I've not tried any AA-Torque updates since moving to Android v14, and I don't think I will--I suspect AA-Torque will cease to work if I try. Again, sorry, I know this doesn't help get AA-Torque running on Android 14, but maybe it'll be useful information to someone down the line. |

Ok I can't get it to work on my s23 ultra either but aa mirror and aa mirror plus both work with AA and android 14. So maybe there is something in there coding to allow it to work. Wish I knew what it is tho Both apps were downloaded from AAAD

To work with Mazda interface, otherwise AA won't work. I will give it another try, but the last time i disable passthrough, there was no android auto at all :) |

Did you install after you upgraded? From what I understand if you never upgrade you should be fine but that isn't much of a fix. |

I've been using it on android 14 with it by using a second old phone with the newer version of headunit reloaded as a wireless dongle. |

Using Google Pixel 6a on Android 14 stable release, non-rooted. Installing from KingInstaller doesn't work as it returns "App installed from KingInstaller". I managed to get AA-Torque installed as "App installed from Google Play Store" on Android 14 by downloading the APK on my PC, and installing it via Command Prompt with ADB using the following commands:
adb push aa-torque.apk /data/local/tmp/aa-torqie.apk
adb shell pm install -i "com.android.vending" -r /data/local/tmp/aa-torque.apk
adb shell rm /data/local/tmp/aa-torque.apk
Unfortunately, although AA Torque now shows as "App installed from Google Play Store", it still doesn't show up in Android Auto as an available app to Launch.
Any help on getting this to work on Android 14 without root would be much appreciated!
