wrap text of the metadata values

Some of the text values in the metadata are forever long, it would be nice to wrap them. Otherwise, users need to side-scroll in order to see other columns.

Alternatively, we could add a scroll bar to the tables in order to clearly show the user the scrollability of the table.

We can place custom HTML/CSS in columns! I'm linking an example but it would be ideal to call percentage widths if possible so they scale nicely.
