There are two videos in this article.

There is a difference in the default button color. In the article, the default button color is green. In WordPress 6.4.3, the default button color is black.

The first video:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Q9qYghDnHn-MpGWs9_iAgqSNkM0T7II7/view?usp=drive_link

The text above that video reads:

To add the Buttons block to a page, click the Add block button to open the block inserter pop-up window and choose the Buttons block.

The second video:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GBrIJdn0hyAqB3iujNJ3X3ITQ5CyHrVD/view?usp=drive_link

The text above the video:

The Buttons block comes with one individual button block by default. You can customize the text, link, and style for this button. To add more buttons, click the plus Add block button in the bottom right corner within the Buttons block, and a new button will appear. Note that the new button will follow the same style as the existing button.

Notes:

If the change in the default button background color is something to take note of, then I think another issue should be opened for the images to be updated.

Here is a classic example:

This is the current image in the article:

And, here is the screenshot of the editor in WordPress 6.4.3:
