Add search within a transcript back

-[ ] there is a search bar in the transcript viewer to search for a string within the transcript

Note to self: Going with High on the effort because one of the things that made this easy to do on AAPB was to not serve the transcript via an iframe but to put the actual text of the transcript in to the page. May need to rewrite the infrastructure of OV to do this as well.
