Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is a feature that will also be used in OV Redesign. The current embed is clunky and big.

Describe the solution you'd like
An embed player that looks more like Youtube with an overlay of necessary info from legal. Is this possible? Providing the title, saying it's from the AAPB and a link to ORR rules?

Additional context
The main issue will be if we can provide language from legal that doesn't degrade the user experience.
