Episode search from Record page not working in certain situations

Describe the bug
I am on a record page and click the hyperlinked episode title "Los Four; Cinco De Mayo." This brings me to a search results for episode titles with "Los Four" rather than "Los Four; Cinco De Mayo." It seems like the remainder of the episode title gets cut off if it includes special characters, or at least a semi-colon.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://americanarchive.org/catalog/cpb-aacip-2a700bd6f0e
2. Click on Episode Title
3. See in search results that it only searches for "Los Four" and there are zero search results
4. See error

Expected behavior
A search of a series or episode title should search the full string.

Here is another example of this issue:

In one of the Realidades records (https://americanarchive.org/catalog/cpb-aacip-eec704c5c48), when you click on the “Episode” link, it retrieves a record for a MacNeil/Lehrer Report (https://americanarchive.org/catalog?+La+Cosecha=&+Versos+Del+Capitan+by+Pablo+Neruda=&f%5Bepisode_titles%5D%5B%5D=Illegal+Aliens&f[access_types][]=digitized). Both programs have the words “Illegal Aliens” in the episode title, but it seems odd that the MacNeil/Lehrer Report record is retrieved. Even though they both relate to the subject, there are many more programs in the collection on the same subject, so directing a user to only one of the programs seems like a mistake.
