We currently have no working method to simulate any beam of electrons moving through an electric or magnetic field. Let's add the ability to simulate electrons moving through the electric field of infinite parallel capacitor plates and an orthogonal magnetic field.

The current up-to-date commit in Beam-Simulator runs very slowly and has a runtime error when the magnetic field is non-zero.
