If you installed MOVES with the MOVES3.0-Setup-20220110.exe installer, MOVES will fail to read Excel files with the following error message: Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/xmlbeans/XmlOptions

This is a result of missing libraries (see #38). This will be fixed as a hotfix to MOVES3.0.3 and a new installer package will be created.
