Incorrect format for module name in on_birth of HIV when determining probability of HIV tests for newborns (hiv.py line 1259)

Hi @tdm32 (was just looking at HIV HSIs)- I might be wrong but at the above line are we defining the name of newborn_outcomes module in the wrong way (i.e it should be NewbornOutcomes) and if so are we always using the predetermine probability of newborn screening for hiv diagnosed mothers? Please ignore/close if i'm wrong

Should be NewbornOutcomes (the module name). Thanks for spotting!
