'Minimize to tray' not working when rule matches

When a rule matches, the browser selector page is kept open but minimized and the intended browser opens (or flashes on the taskbar if already open) but is kept on the background, not getting focused.

This should be a bug probably because when reopening the browser selector and manually selecting the browser it works as intended (the browser selector is minimized to tray and the browser is focused).
