This should contain all the Character's Heroes.

Each Class/Gender should have it's own image using Prguse 1770 to 1789

Worth noting, I have no idea how the player is meant to bring this panel up, maybe a new NPC ACT command is needed or maybe just a hotkey

Yes, not only is this unavailable, but it seems there are no rental items either.
