Describe the bug
When clicking the 'Reset Password' button in, there is no activity

To Reproduce
Open 'People' in menu and click 'Reset Password' button

Expected Behavior
Pane pops-up and provides link to reset the users password

Unexpected Behavior
Button is animated when clicking but not screen appears to reset password
