Drizzt is now using The Marauder of Souls +6.

That weapon has some abilities, e. g. fireball explosion, flamestrike,
cone of cold. I think this is too powerful.

Drizzt just solo-ed Nalia's keep. Even the big golem was killed in only five
strikes or so.

I think a time limit should be added to the weapon, so that its special abilities
do not trigger on every strike, but instead something like needs 1-3 rounds
before another effect can occur. This will limit the issue from this weapon a
tiny bit, compared to the current "on-each-hit, do an effect". More rebalancing
may have to be done.

I kind of finished the Region of Terror mod, and it is a nice mod, but someone
should review it balance-wise. I am fine with items being useful, but the
scimitar here is really too powerful.
