Matter Sensor: remove unused/unsupported profile (#1974)

The aqs-temp-humidity-pressure-tvoc-meas was added during the matter 1.2
driver release, but is not supported by the air quality sensor subdriver
as there is not currently a way to construct this profile name. It is
not currently in use and can be removed.
