Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As discussed, it's strange that we lead with showing only geographic disparity, when we are focused
health inequity, specifically for marginalized groups.
when you load the page, you see NATIONAL map, with STATE values for the ALL demographic. but as we know, typically the most disparate rates occur in minority racial groups, and usually at the county level.
Did someone outside of the dev team ask for this? Who are they?
Related to many of the requests from Jackie with PHRMA, to prioritize INEQUITY over just DISEASE RATE
Describe the solution you'd like
Present a card either inside the map card or above or below that scans the entire data set (at all geographic levels and within all demographic groups) and it reports where the biggest disparities are occurring and adds links to a report that would illustrate that inequity?
kind of like the highest/lowest card, and kind of like the highest/lowest group hover feature, but really combining both and giving the user direct access to the most extreme data
