[Bug]Civilization VII cannot load terrain #744

Description of the issue

Intro movie, Main menu, All settings, Music, New game and all setings, Loading to game....
And the problem is i can't see the terrain

Reproduction steps

load the game
create a game with any settings
once the game is loaded, the terrain is not shown correctly
