The Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons (and Pro Controller) support showing up in various games as the actual color of the controller. (for example, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate shows the color of your controller on the character selection screen, some Pokemon games shows the color of your Joy-Cons on the Switch in your bedroom, etc.)
Smaller details
This could be an optional configuration, defaulting to Neon Red and Blue for Joy-Cons, and the default colors of a Pro Controller. Another thing could be reading the color information from a controller if the controller supports this, and allowing a user to override the controller colors in Ryujinx.
Nature of request
Feature Parity.
Why would this feature be useful?
It could be used to differentiate different controllers.

I found in the code where the color is set and there's an old TODO in the code to make it a configuration option.
Do you know of any other games which respect the joycon color?
I ask because I don't have Smash and I only have PK Scarlet, not sure if the Switch in the bedroom shows up with the colors there.
I think Game Builder Garage and Sword/Shield honors the colors, but I can't confirm either because I don't have a working pair of Joy-Cons. It is definitely not a common thing, but it is implemented into a few games.
