Report MAXSwerve template usage #29

WPILib added a usage reporting option for MAXSwerve Template. You can report usage by calling the following:

HAL.report(kResourceType_RobotDrive, kRobotDriveSwerve_MaxSwerve);

This will allow you to see how many people used the MAXSwerve template when FIRST releases usage reporting statistics
