Language Service extension doesn't work with typescript version 5.7.x #1443

Completion suggestion and other features are not working with typescript version 5.7.x.

Is it because the following changes removed documentRegistry from the project?
microsoft/TypeScript#59869

It works with enabledGlobalFragments:false.
