Have X-ray with no sunglasses, examine something through a wall, it will show that you looked at [X thing on the otherside of the wall]

Are you sure that other user will receive such a message? You will be receiving self messages but others will not. Atleast after my tests i could not reproduce. And code looks good targeting only ones who can see both examining mob and examined item.
