[BUG]: Twin Caliber graphics broken on Rest In Pieces level #12367

Describe the Bug

When loading in to the Rest in Pieces level, the UI will be completely toasted. I tried booting in SW mode, fiddling with game fixes, clamping, round, running in interpreters, didn't find any solution. Other levels apparently look absolutely fine.

Bug goes back at very least to 1.6

Reproduction Steps

Load the following memcard save, observe it looking terrible.

Graphics not to be toasted

PCSX2 Revision

1.4 - 2.3.185

Operating System

Windows 10 (64bit)

If Linux - Specify Distro

No response

9800X3D

4070Ti

GS Settings

Doesn't matter.

Emulation Settings

Doesn't seem to matter, tried most options.

FPU Mul accuracy, here: 0x20164C mul $f2, $f6, $f2
Can't be easily patched, needs soft floats.

I had a suspicion it might be a soft float thing, figures! Thanks for checking @Goatman13

I just tried #15684 with multiplication/division enabled with the interpreter and it works!
