fine tuning of the prior refactoring of all tutorials

use mp4, the overall improvements everywhere results in smaller mp4 as a year before. overall the mp4 are in total smaller as the gifs before.
use cropped movies for the point of interest
improve mostly 4K batch run, only the mscolab tutorial should be done in 3K because of the size of fonts in the menu. The menu is cropped for the other videos. The 3K gets resized to HD
slightly improve utils for batch run.
