This is not as critical as #506, but I am including it for consistency (I just forgot to request it earlier). R2-Forward MAP-EACH has the /into option already, since it was a two-comparison fix once the code was structured for list! support.

MAP-EACH is a builder function so it could use the /into option (see R3 chat 1436). It would be equivalent to FOREACH x dat [INSERT ...

Resolved in Ren-C because it has eliminated the /INTO feature, explanation here
