There should probably be more exterior doors

Every SFD in ResStock has a exterior door area of 20 ft2. @whiphi92 and I realized this turns out to be one door, which does not match our personal observations of SFD houses. I would guess 2-3 is typical.

This is minor, but it came up today when I was doing some postprocessing calcs for a C2C effort, and the calcs had "number of exterior doors" as an input.

If I remember right, 20 ft^2 was from like... SEEM, a model used in the Pacific Northwest? For a long time we didn't have doors at all, but they had it so Scott added them as a feature. I don't think there's any real intentionality or data source behind the 20 ft^2 number, so if you have any actual data for what to assume here it'd be really straightforward to update. Area is just being defaulted for now.

Note that the area should only include opaque doors. Glass door area should be included with windows.
