In the Dev environment:
For an initiative, the user requests Databricks or Storage under Storage explorer. Then as an admin, the admin navigates from home page to Admin > Open page under 'Manage Services in Initiatives' > the Databricks and/or Storage requests show up as "N/A" under the Created and Notified columns. How would the user approve these service creation requests?
