Doesn't detect Bedrock processes #38
Comments
It does not support bedrock edition. However, I think Bedrock's "fullscreen" mode behaves more like Borderless anyway. Let me know if that works for you. :) |
Damn, that's a shame. Unfortunately Bedrock's fullscreen mode disconnects you from a server if you tab out to any other window, but it doesn't in windowed, so I was hoping this might fix that issue. I've tried Borderless Gaming while the game is running in windowed mode, but since the game is UWP the program struggles with it and can't hide the top navbar. I'd use Java, but Bedrock is the only one that supports crossplay, sadly. Thanks though! |
I will take a look tonight and see if I can detect Bedrock as well. :) If I can it will be easy to add support, though there might be something weird about Bedrock (ie, UWP) that prevents it. |
Glad to hear that, thanks for at least taking a look into it for me! |
I tested and this does not seem to be the case. Mine just pauses if I tab out when connected to a server. It also looks like making Borderless work with Bedrock is not feasible without some extra work. :/ |
If you're in singleplayer it'll just pause. If you're in an online server (as host or client) it'll disconnect. It's been a "known bug" for like.. 3 years but they don't seem to care to fix it. Shame that this isn't compatible with Bedrock, but totally understandable. Thanks again for looking into it for me however! |
It's not detecting Minecraft for me, I'm just running the standard Minecraft for Windows 10 version from the Microsoft Store/Xbox App. I've tried running the program in Administrator just in case, but no luck. Any ideas? Or does your program not work with the Bedrock version?
