Once a window has been created, the API should be able to add a layout to it using VerticalLayoutGroup, HorizontalLayoutGroup, GridLayoutGroup etc.

Something like

var customWindow = CustomUI.CreateWindow("Foo");
customWindow.SetLayout(WindowLayout.Horizontal);

and/or with builder pattern

var customWindow = CustomUI.CreateWindow("Foo")
    .WithLayout(WindowLayout.Horizontal);
