Dependency Soundpipe is no longer available. #78

The repository
https://github.com/PaulBatchelor/Soundpipe.git
has been removed.

Also it is listed twice in .gitmodules.

Recomendation: push latest local stable snapshot of the repository as a separate repo (MIT licence permits it).

EDIT: Just to update this with a workaround -- the following command will redirect from the old url to the new one.

 $ git config --global url."https://github.com/shybyte/soundpipe.git".insteadOf 'https://github.com/PaulBatchelor/Soundpipe.git'

Perhaps this would work:
https://github.com/shybyte/Soundpipe/tree/35d856fcf8a0d85c285818554f569b592d066d10

It seems that PaulBatchelor commited to it in 2018.
