Set up Powerline in Windows Terminal is outdated with Oh-my-Posh V3

1. Like other people mentioned 'Set-Theme' is changed to 'Set-PoshPrompt -Theme'

2. Cascadia code is not compatible with Oh-my-Posh V3
   Rectangles displayed instead of numbers of commits behind JanDeDobbeleer/oh-my-posh#145
   Due to some glyphs are added to oh-my-posh V3 which is not included in Cascadia code PL, terminal shows box icon.

I found 2solutions.

• Use -RequiredVersion argument to install Oh-my-Posh V2

• Use CaskaydiaCove NF(https://github.com/ryanoasis/nerd-fonts/tree/gh-pages) which is Cascadia Code PL base font.

I hope microsoft add glyphs to Cascadia Code PL to resolve this problem.

I know. But I wrote this because I didn't find issue about 2. and organize the outdated problem for Oh-my-Posh V3.

Okay so the first part of this issue is tracked in #254 (and fixed in #263). The second half we'll track in #283, which is atomically tracking the nerdfont subject. Thanks!
