Display labels are incorrect for expanded nodes in population diagram.

Version: 3.2.0
User Story: the labels for axon terminal and afferent terminal were overwritten in production when moving to 3.2.0. they no longer say "Axon terminal" or "Afferent terminal", it's Axon-T. Also, the UBERON/interlex id is not longer being shown. it's showing the anatomical entity id.

Acceptance Criteria:

• revert display labels to "Axon terminal", "Afferent terminal"
• revert anatomical entity detail text to uri
