Track Project related metadata in sdata.attrs

With the release of spatialdata 0.3.0 it's now possible to attach metadata to a spatialdata object. We can utilize this to track project related information directly in the spatialdata object.

Information that should be tracked:

• sdata status see Track Project Status #151
• parameters used to generate segmentations track segmentation metadata #153
