Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The feature request is something related to Whisper API that is not available in this library. Able to receive transcript with timestamps.

Describe the solution you'd like
When the transcript is received from Whisper API, there should be an option if I want to receive it with timestamps.

I'm not seeing an option in the api for that, how do other libraries achieve this?
