There is currently no inline preview shown for imgur afaics. Maybe also possible to have more options on link previews?

Thanks for reporting and that's true, I tried in the past but with scarse success. It's worth giving it another try.

In order to help me with debugging this, can you please give me some links to posts containing images which do not load?

EDIT: I received some example posts, I'll see what I can do!

Update on this: some workaround can be done to be able to see images on Imgur (because public images can be accessed without any token) but on other platforms that's a totally different story.

E.g. on Redgifs (which other users requested in the past) you have to authenticate your client to access their APIs. I'll leave this issue open so that it remains documented for other guys in the future.
