Recommendation confusion between priority and niceness

When recommending that a user increase/decrease the priority, this is reversed for increasing/decreasing niceness.

Decreasing niceness increases priority.
Increasing niceness decreases priority.

We can't assume that the user knows this difference, and we should consider giving recommendations for priority, labeling the niceness buttons as priority, but reversing them and still using the niceness logic.
