Esp32-C6 will not join

I'm trying to make mine own Zigbee device with the help of the Arduino ide and an Esp32-C6 develop board.
Looked a dozen video's on Youtube and for everybody it works right away. Check the permit to join button in Z2m, power up the Esp32-C6 and it's found by Z2m and interviewed.
But not for me, nothing happens in z2m when powering up the Esp32-C6 and press the "permit join" button.
To eliminate problems with the Arduino code ( Zigbee_temerature_sensor) I setup an second test Z2m, and there the Esp32-C6 is joined direct.
So apparently the problem is in the Z2m setup.
Production and test is running version 2.1.1 and the hardware is also the same, Pi Zero M2 with cod.m Zigbee CC2652P RPi Module.

What can be the issue that the Esp32-C6 will not join with the production z2m? Is there a log or something like that that can be looked into?
