Remove legacy

Removed everything that was enabled through device_options.legacy. The breaking changes below can be ignored if you have device_options.legacy: false in your configuration.yaml:

• DNCKATSW002, DNCKATSW003, DNCKATSW004: removed button_* properties
• 6ARCZABZH: removed duration, rate, brightness and transition

• E1744, E2123: removed step_size, transition_time and the following actions: play_pause, skip_forward, skip_backward, rotate_*
• ICTC-G-1: removed rotate_* actions

• QBKG22LM, QBKG04LM, QBKG21LM: removed single action
• WXKG07LM: removed left, right and both action (including the *_long and *_double actions)
• MFKZQ01LM: removed to_side, from_side, angle

Could you please share some more into about the consequences and workarouds?

The brevity of "E1743 [...] removed click" is definitely overwhelming.

As having a multitude if the IKEA on/off switches integrated to Home Assistant and key parts of automation of lighting and power switches the two words does not really answer the questions

• What will stop working?
• What should i change to make the effect milder?
• Should I totally avoid upgrading to V2?
