Data lifecycle: Pre/During/Post Project

We require documentation regarding the data lifecycle within our projects. Specifically, we need guidance on importing data from external sources, determining the most efficient storage solutions during active research, and establishing protocols for archiving data post-research. Additionally, it would be beneficial to include a visual representation, such as a graph, depicting the project lifecycle.

The "Storage and Data Transfer" section captures the first two items on the last, but not the final two:
