No success or failure message on clean install

With an element listed in the config file that is not in the database, running the setup process on a clean install does not result in a success or failure message from GolQC. This is true for both running the GoldQC file either in cmd or opening with python.exe.

The log file does record the error.

In the provided files the supplied config file incorrectly lists sulphate as S04 (S zero 4) instead of (S letter-O 4) This should return an error to direct the user to the log file, but neither success or failure is indicated.
