Mobile phones are challenging in therms of optimisation. It is a big challenge for a cardboard to render: 1.000.000+ triangles, shadows, lights, reflections... It is even worst when you want to double it by giving stereo view !
But is it impossible ?
Maybe if we use lots of photo in stereo view of our environment and switch for one to an other, we could have the quality of Cinema 4D for cardboard applications with a stereoscopic view :)
That the objective of this experiment. Explore the possibilities and the limits of this idea.
