From issue #342:

Per experimenter support add PlanetLab Central as a production aggregate.

This depends on:

owner approval to list - they've been contacted by experimenter support but have not responded
Testing - the PlanetLab sliver status and manifest rspecs are likely different from those of other aggregates so the parsing code will need to learn about these new formats.
