Currently VOIs (voluba overlays, spatial features) are only shown in BigBrain space. If the user selects another reference space, all VOIs (or rather bounding boxes) could be transformed to the selected space as the transformation between spaces is known.

This probably should be filed in voluba, since the siibra-explorer plugin would have all of the necessary APIs to achieve this.
