Plugins can be used on atlases they are not compatible with

Would it be possible to limit the plugins that are shown so only the plugins compatible with the current atlas are available. For instance it is possible to select the 1um viewer when in the waxholm rat atlas which can be a little confusing. Thanks.

Good point.

It is entirely possible for plugin owners to change the behaviour based on selected atlas/template/parcellation.

I will reflect this to the plugin author.
